Rebranding & Integrated Communications Projects
When the statewide members of the Connecticut Home Care and Connecticut Hospice Care associations merged their independent business models, they required a consolidated rebranding effort which included a new corporate identity, website, brochures, stationery & collateral materials. After an extensive search, the new Board of Directors chose Adam House for it’s long and impressive track record in working with medical, health and wellness entities both large and small.
We started by creating a brand identity that included home icons plotted in the shape of the state of Connecticut to represent their 180+ member organizations providing services to the residents of all towns within the state. We then refined and integrated their mission-vision-values presentation, 40+ year evolution (timeline) and services mix into all communications projects, including a robust website with self-managed content capabilities.
